Notice of Annual Meeting of the:
Clinton Comets Youth Hockey Association

Dear Member:

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of the Clinton Comets Youth Hockey Association will be held at Alteri's, 7 College St., Clinton NY, on Monday, April 5th 2010.

Voting for positions of board director will take place from 6 — 8pm. A meeting of the board of directors will immediately follow the voting procedure.

All parties interested in candidacy for the board of directors are advised to submit their request in writing to the association secretary:

Candidacy requests must be postmarked by Friday, March 19th, 2010 to be considered eligible to appear on the ballot.

Voting by proxy or absentee ballot shall not be permitted.

2009-10 Season Registration

Some of the forms required for registration are available for download. These forms can be printed and completed in advance to speed up the registration process. Unfortunately, because of a software problem, some forms will have to be filled out at the Rink during registration. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The Clinton Youth Hockey travel teams compete in the New York State and the house teams compete in the Snowbelt Hockey League of which our very own Mike Perry is president.
